2.Making process:

Glue layer coating & Lamination &Die cutting part machine

- Layer coating the raw paper with environmental protection glue

- Hot pressing and laminating 9 layers paper to 1 layer paper

- Out of shape with die cutting mold( Cutting mold is replaceable ), Max speed 300pcs/min

- Semi-finished product stack on the conveyor belt and move to pick up spot

Forming partmachine

- Manually place the knife, fork or spoon into the fixed fixture

- Manipulator slide to forming station with semi-finished product (1 upper mold, 2 lower molds)

- Forming a complete shape, Max forming speed 170pcs/min

- Finished products are stacked on the conveyor belt and move to pick up spot

Glue Sealing& Drying part machine

- Manually place the knife, fork or spoon into the fixed fixture

- Place finished product to rubber clip by manipulator

- Move to glue station finish glue sealing process with rail device

- Pick up sealed product after high temperature drying
